These Terms govern your use of ANM’s website, communications, and lead-generation services.

About ANM and the nature of our services
ANM Consultants provides consulting and lead-generation services. We are not a registered accounting or tax firm and do not act as your tax practitioner. Our website markets a “Tax Reduction Strategy Session” which is delivered by independent Partner Firms (tax/accounting firms and/or registered practitioners). SARS describes tax practitioner registration as a dual process (Recognised Controlling Body + SARS). 

No tax, legal, or accounting advice by ANM
Information on our website and in our communications is for general information. It is not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals before acting on information. (Where the strategy session involves professional advice, it is delivered by the Partner Firm, not ANM.)

Partner Firms are independent; your relationship is with them for professional services
When you request a strategy session, ANM may share your information with a Partner Firm so they can contact you, schedule, and deliver the session. Partner Firms operate independently and are responsible for their own services, professional obligations, fees, engagement letters, privacy notices, and compliance.

Referral/commission disclosure (ANM compensation)
ANM may receive compensation from Partner Firms for successful referrals (including an initial fee and/or ongoing revenue-sharing) when a lead becomes a paying client of a Partner Firm. This compensation does not change your right to select any accountant or tax practitioner, and you may ask the Partner Firm to explain any referral fee/commission disclosures they are required to provide under their professional code. Professional codes, such as SAICA and SAIPA, identify referral fees/commissions as potential threats to objectivity and describe safeguards like upfront written disclosure and written client agreement/consent. 

Booking eligibility and “free session” boundaries
Strategy sessions may be offered only to qualifying businesses and may be limited by capacity. If you do not meet current criteria, we or a Partner Firm may decline, defer, or refer you elsewhere. Advertising standards caution against “free” claims that mislead about conditions or limitations. 

Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misrepresent your identity or authority when submitting business details.

Privacy
Your use of the site and submission of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. POPIA requires specific notices at collection and supports rights for access/correction. 

Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to ANM. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use
You may not use the site in a way that violates laws, infringes rights, introduces malware, scrapes data, or harms the site’s operation.

No guarantee of outcomes
ANM does not guarantee that any user will obtain a tax saving, refund, reduction, financial benefit, business outcome, or engagement with a Partner Firm. Any outcomes depend on the facts of the user’s circumstances and the services of the relevant Partner Firm.

Disclaimers; limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ANM disclaims warranties regarding the website’s availability and accuracy. ANM is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or advice of Partner Firms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable South African law, including consumer protection provisions prohibiting misleading marketing. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANM’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the website, these Terms, or ANM’s services will not exceed the amount paid by you to ANM in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or R1,000 if no amount was paid.

Suspension/termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website if you breach these Terms.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
